Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
For now, I ship within the United States only. Sorry, international Skrilliam fans. Maybe one day I'll get it together and expand my tiny sticker empire across the globe.
How much is shipping?
Nothing! Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. One less thing to think about at checkout.
When will my order ship?
I typically pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days. I'm a one-man operation, so processing times may take a little longer during busy periods, sales, or holidays. You'll get a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.
Will my order have tracking?
It depends! Most sticker orders ship via USPS First-Class Mail in a standard stamped envelope and do not include tracking. T-Shirts, prints, and larger sticker orders and packages will include tracking when available. If your order includes tracking, you'll receive the details in your shipping confirmation email.
Returns & Order Issues
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, reach out as soon as possible and I'll do my best to help. Once your order has been packed or shipped, I may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because I'm a small operation, I generally don't accept returns or exchanges. That said, if there's an issue with your order, reach out and let me know. I'll take a look at what happened and do my best to make it right.
My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?
If your order seems to be taking the scenic route, reach out and let me know. USPS delays happen from time to time, especially with untracked sticker mail. I'll do my best to help figure out what happened and make it right with a refund or replacement when appropriate.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Well, shit. I take care to package every order so it arrives safely, but sometimes things happen along the way. Send me a message with your order number and a photo of the damage, and I'll make it right.
Skrilliam Stuff
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yep! My stickers are printed on thick, durable vinyl and are waterproof, weatherproof, and dishwasher safe. They're built to handle water bottles, coolers, and whatever else you decide needs a little Skrilliam in its life. They're safe to stick on your car, too. If any sticky residue is left behind when you remove one, a little isopropyl alcohol should take care of it.
Do you take commissions?
Sometimes! I have a long list of my own ideas I'd rather be drawing, and commissions can start to feel a little too much like actual work. That said, I'm always flattered when someone thinks of me for a project, so if you are serious and have an idea you think is right up my alley, send it my way. If I dig the project and have the time, I might be into it.
Do you offer wholesale?
I don't currently have a formal wholesale program, but I'm always open to hearing from shops interested in carrying my work. If you think Skrilliam would be a good fit for your store, send me a message and we can chat.
