SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods.

Shipping

Shipping costs and available shipping options are calculated at checkout when applicable.

Sticker orders and other qualifying small orders may be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail using a standard stamped envelope and may not include tracking. Larger orders and orders that qualify for tracked shipping will include tracking information when available.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Tracking

If tracking is included with your order, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Occasionally, packages take longer than expected or get lost in transit. If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at skrilliamskribblez@gmail.com. We will work with you and the shipping carrier, when applicable, to help locate your order and determine an appropriate resolution.

Please note that untracked orders shipped via standard stamped mail cannot be tracked through USPS.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout may require additional shipping charges to be resent.
